Younous Arbaoui is Assistant Professor of Migration Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His research focuses on global migration law, particularly the role of treaty bodies’ General Comments. He leads the Global Migration Law Hub and coordinates the Migration Law Clinic, linking academic research and teaching to United Nations processes.
