Transnational Perspectives in Gender Studies - CEU Press
Understanding the transnational turn as one of the paradigmatic shifts in humanities and social sciences, the series investigates its interconnections with gender and gendering processes. We are looking primarily but not exclusively at literary and cultural production since the 1970s, focusing on authors and works that engage with the questions of transculturality, (cultural) translation, multilingualism, borderlands, migration, globalization, transnational literature, transnational feminism, and other related topics. Analyzing transnational phenomena with the toolkit of gender and sexuality studies, the series aims to promote critical feminist perspectives in research.
